The durable BIA chrome surfaces are ideally suited to the stresses and strains placed on products in the sanitary sector by creams, alcohol or care fluids. We also offer sustainability with the BIA take-back guarantee. We take back our galvanized products free of charge and return them 100% to the process.
CHROME PLATING ON POLYAMIDE
In addition to ABS and ABS/PC, BIA also offers the option of chrome-plating polyamide components. Polyamide is particularly suitable for highly stressed parts such as hand levers or shower head holders, as the perfect combination of substrate and surface makes it particularly resistant and durable.
Individual structures
Our innovative laser technology opens up almost unlimited possibilities for surface design. The textures created not only enhance the visual appearance, but also offer a unique haptic experience. Structures and markers can, for example, provide orientation or improve the grip on a component.
