1,400 Employees at six locations worldwide – this is the BIA Group based in Solingen, Germany. A family business with a very personal touch – from the production assistant to the managing director and highly dedicated to the development of its employees. That too is BIA, because it is not only about the numbers. If you feel comfortable in your job, you also enjoy going to work. Our aim is to provide our employees with an environment in which they feel comfortable. This does not always work out, but we are getting better all the time.
